Service and Maintenance
NORDTEQ works according to 5 simple steps for each new customer and collaborative partner:
1. Production analysis
We always start with a free-of-charge visit to get to know you, your business, and your production facility. Working together, we will reach an agreement on what automation equipment that needs service and maintenance.
2. Planning
Together, we will plan service intervals and the days and times when the work should be performed. Good planning means keeping production downtime to a minimum, which is always our goal.
Choose yourself whether NORDTEQ should perform all service and maintenance, or whether you want your own service personnel to perform part of the job. We will be happy to create service and maintenance manuals if you wish.
3. Proposal
We will then send you a proposal which will cover your needs. This will state, amongst other things, equipment, how often you will need assistance, and what all this will cost.
4. Service agreement
Once both parties are happy with the proposal and the terms and conditions, we will draw up the finished service agreement which both parties will sign.
5. NORDTEQ online
You will then be provided with log-in details for accessing our own customer portal, NORDTEQ online. This gives you added value in the form of:
Order confirmations - before, during and after a service assignment.
Back-reporting of service tasks completed.
Documentation and file management - mechanical and electrical diagrams, manuals, descriptions of functions etc.
Online bookings
Reminders of future servicing and repair tasks
